Free Guided Tours of the Botanic Park

Enjoy a free guided walking tour of the Yampa River Botanic Park led by Board members and volunteers. Learn about the history of the Botanic Park and the plants that thrive in the Yampa Valley. Participants are limited to 10 per tour and you must preregister here.  Walk ups are also welcome if there is space available. Please remain a 6′ distance or wear a mask. Meet at the Main Gate on the Botanic Walk. Tours begin at 10 a.m.

Storytime will be featured every Friday at 10:30.  Children ages 0 to 7, accompanied by a parent or caregiver, are invited to enjoy a fun and exiting story-time during Storytime this summer. Storytime will feature a storyteller from the Bud Werner Library. Storytime will take place in the newly renovated Children’s Garden featuring a new Fairy House Garden Village.
